What does SDG mean?
“ One of the most common questions I have been asked for years is what are the three letters I write under my name when I sign an autograph. Well, in approximately my second year or so of playing professional baseball, I began adding the letters SDG to anything I signed for someone, and have done it ever since. It stands for “Solo a Dios la Gloria”…which in Spanish means, “Only to God the Glory”

Bernie is joining forces with Breathless™ to bring awareness to a rare lung disease which affects up to 132,000 Americans. It is called Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) and has personally affected Bernie in a very profound way. Sadly, IPF took the life of his father, Bernabe Williams, Sr. Watch as Bernie tells his story.

You don’t have to suffer silently, there are therapies to help. If you or someone you know appears to be experiencing this devastating disease, there are resources to help.
